| Dear Parents, It has been brought to my attention that the Level III and Level 3 terminology can be a little confusing. I would like to take this opportunity to explain the programs and how they are different. I apologize for this confusion and I will work hard to eliminate t his confusion on next season's registration form. Please see the descriptions below. Feel free to call or email me with additional questions or concerns. teri_bowker@msn.com 303-279-3602 Best regards, Teri Bowker GJBA Registration Director The Level III and Seniors Leagues are our High School programs. The league name "Level III" is used throughout all of Jefferson County Junior Baseball. These teams have a much shorter season (compared to the 9-14's) and therefore, a fee of $125 per player. The 9-14 Year Old Leagues are broken down into 4 divisions: Level 0/Majors, Level 1/AAA, Level 2/AA, and Level 3/A (Rec). Again, all of this is consistent throughout Jefferson County Junior Baseball. All of the 9-14 Levels (0-3) play the same length of season and the fee is $180 for ALL Levels. So, while it is very confusing, Rec. Level/Level 3 is not the same as Level III. Please contact me with questions or concerns. |
